Ørjan Kirkefjord, CEO, Director Product and Sales/CFO
Ørjan Kirkefjord is responsible for product, marketing & sales and for finance & investor relations in FARA. He has worked in the company since its incorporation in 2005, and was acting CEO in FARA in 2007/8. Mr Kirkefjord has previously held executive positions in the listed company Norske Skog ASA, has been CFO of the listed company Voice ASA, and Group CEO of Next Stop AS. Mr Kirkefjord is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance and management from the Norwegian Business School (BI).

Jan Pihl Grimnes, Chairman of the Board
Mr Grimnes, born in 1961, has served as board member since September 2006 and as Chairman of the Board since May 2007. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr Grimnes has over 20 years experience from the petroleum and IT industries. He has previously worked with Norsk Hydro ASA and Saga Petroleum ASA. He also worked as Managing Director of Geomatic AS and was the founder and Chairman & CEO of Technoguide AS which was acquired by Schlumberger. Currently he is Chairman of FARA ASA, and board member of SPT Group AS, Q-Free ASA, and Adrega AS. Mr Grimnes is a Norwegian national with residence in Oslo, Norway.
